At Bluestone Software, we are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Manager to join our team of experts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a challenging role that involves identifying risks to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our clients' products and services.

About the Role

This position reports to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and works closely with a team of Cyber Security specialists to ensure the security of our clients' data. The successful candidate will be responsible for articulating technical and security requirements to various departments and business groups.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize compliance actions according to business risk. They will also have experience in creating and implementing security strategies, identifying gaps in security operations, and developing mitigation strategies.

In addition, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with Unix/Linux, Microsoft, and other operating systems. They will also have experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about information security and has a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle. If you have industry certifications such as PMP, CISA, CISSP, or Security+, then this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 6-12 years of combined experience in information security.
  • Proficient in Unix/Linux, Microsoft, and other operating systems.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
