About This RoleThe Cyber Security Manager will report to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and collaborate with a team of expert Cyber Security specialists. This individual will be responsible for identifying potential risks to our clients' products and services, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards, and maintaining the integrity and sustainability of the service delivery network.
This role requires a professional with excellent technical skills and strong analytical problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of the Security Strategy for the enterprise, identify gaps in security operations, and implement mitigation strategies. Additionally, they will assist with software maintenance, participate in disaster recovery planning, and prioritize compliance actions according to business risk.
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security professional with a Master's degree in computer science or a related field. A minimum of 6-12 years of combined experience in information security is required, including proficiency in Unix/Linux and Microsoft systems. Strong communication and project management skills are also essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will have industry certifications such as PMP, CISA, CISSP, or Security+. Department of Defense IT experience and pharmacy or healthcare background are highly desirable. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Security Strategy for the enterprise.
- Identify and mitigate security risks to our clients' products and services.
- Collaborate with the CISO and Cyber Security team to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist with software maintenance and updates in the Service Delivery Network.
- Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Requirements:
