Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Abnormal Security Risk Manager to join our frontline defense team. As an Abnormal Security Risk Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and preventing email fraud by efficiently handling high-volume requests and applying policies.

About You
To succeed in this role, you must be detail-oriented and passionate about cybersecurity. You should have a positive attitude, be comfortable working in a fast-paced virtual environment, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, you should be an active listener and able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as an Abnormal Security Risk Manager will include:
  • Performing operational tasks, such as handling high-volume intake queues or labeling machine learning data, in a timely manner.
  • Proposing improvements for processes, workflows, products, and policies.
  • Supporting investigation efforts across a range of critical issues.
  • Learning about email fraud attack strategies and patterns to prevent events from occurring.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications:
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.
  • Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience.
  • Typically requires a High School degree or working towards a Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency with G Suite (Google) applications.
  • Familiarity with Zoom.

Compensation
This role offers a competitive base salary range of $20.19 USD.
