Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Growth Strategy: Create and implement a growth strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Manage Acquisition Channels: Oversee the management of all acquisition channels, including budget, execution, optimization, and channel/partner selection.
- Drive SEO and Affiliate Marketing: Develop and drive a SEO strategy, driving high-quality organic traffic, and devise an affiliate marketing strategy, attracting, maintaining, and fully leveraging high-quality affiliate relationships.
- Develop Lifecycle Retention Program: Develop and drive a lifecycle retention program, including transactional messaging, trigger programs, and large-scale engagement/re-engagement campaigns.
- Oversee Growth Strategy and Dashboards: Oversee the build-out of dashboards to measure results on business-critical KPIs related to growth (volume, CAC, retention, LTV/payback) and own achievement of milestones and KPIs.
- Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure value is clearly and consistently communicated throughout all user touch points.
- Communicate Strategies and Results: Communicate strategies and results to the leadership team on a consistent basis.
- 6+ Years of Experience: 6+ years of experience in eCommerce, with a deep focus on performance-based growth marketing/growth hacking, and experience with RMG offerings.
- Experience in Growth Strategy: Experience setting, executing, and iterating growth strategy within a well-funded, growth-stage firm(s).
- Scaling Customer Acquisition: Experience scaling customer acquisition, activation, and retention while limiting costs and maximizing lifetime value.
- Leadership Experience: Track record of building, leading, and managing a growth team of marketers and affiliate managers.
- Analytics and Decision Making: Proven experience tracking analytics and exceeding sales KPIs, and leveraging a wealth of analytics data to produce novel insights.
- Strong Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, and strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable in a Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, and ability to be available on Slack and to regularly sync up with your peers and the larger company team.
- Cultivating Demand: Intuitive sense for cultivating demand, earning traffic from alternatives/competitors while expanding addressable market by also appealing to new personas.
- Marketing Knowledge: Intricate knowledge of affiliate marketing, ASO, SEO, as well as owned, paid, and earned media advertising methods.
- Marketing Tools: High proficiency with a diverse suite of major marketing tools.
- Presentation and Leadership Skills: Capable, captivating presenter with the ability to inform as well as persuade, and exceptional business acumen with the intellect and the executive presence to serve as a true collaborative leader across the company.
