Job Title: Director of Corporate Development

Idear, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Corporate Development to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth through mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and other business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate development strategy to drive growth and expansion
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic acquisitions and partnerships
  • Manage and track due diligence and transaction activities, ensuring timely and successful completion
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business unit leaders, investors, and industry partners
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to business unit leaders on growth initiatives and market trends

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving strategic growth and expansion through mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and other business development initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
