Patient Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Services Representative to join our team at the Annex Teen Clinic. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Conduct patient intake and registration, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments and providing information on clinic services.
- Conduct patient experience surveys to gather feedback and improve our services.
- Provide support to patients with phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; background or education in STI testing and risk reduction preferred.
- Experience in a clinic setting preferred; bilingual skills a plus.
- Passion for sexual healthcare and commitment to providing patient-centered care.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required; ability to meet Annex Teen Clinic's driving record requirements.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $19.00, paid sick time and personal time policies, 9 paid holidays per year, and 2 floating holidays. We also provide an agency-sponsored retirement plan with a 3% employer contribution after one year of service.
