About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Services Representative to join our team at the Annex Teen Clinic. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our young clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Check patients in and out, manage appointment scheduling, and handle incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Conduct patient experience surveys to gather feedback and help shape our services.
  • Assist patients with scheduling appointments and provide information on our services and programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in a clinic setting.
  • Background or education in STI testing and risk reduction is preferred.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, particularly young adults, is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
