Deutsche Bank is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Workout and Recovery Group in the Americas as a Workout Relationship Manager (RM). Reporting to the Head of Workout and Recovery in the Americas, the RM will have a dedicated portfolio of distressed credits from across all of Deutsche Bank's businesses in the Americas.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage the portfolio of distressed credits, developing a workout strategy to assist in the turnaround or exit of distressed credits.
- Responsible for reserve reporting and regulatory treatment of distressed credits.
- Collaborate with Deal Teams and Workout Senior Credit officers to prepare and present transactions and strategies for workout of a distressed credit.
- Liaise with external network of advisors/co-lenders and lawyers to remain informed and on top of market developments.
- Be responsible for Provisions and also Regulatory ratings for each name in the portfolio.
- Degree level education or equivalent.
- Extensive work experience in workout or a seasoned credit officer with broad experience and knowledge of the distressed credit cycle.
- Deep understanding of Lev Fin and/or Commercial Real Estate.
- Knowledge of CH11/ and the legal rights of lenders in distressed scenarios.
- Proven analytical and financial modeling skills and experience with review and negotiation of loan documentations.
