Job Summary:

The Service Advisor will act as the liaison between Service Technicians and customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience. This role requires strong communication skills, automotive knowledge, and the ability to utilize leading-edge technology to identify selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set, confirm, and prepare for appointments with customers to ensure a great service experience.
  • Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction index.
  • Greet customers in a friendly manner and determine vehicle needs based on customer information and vehicle inspections.
  • Use a consultative selling process to assist customers in planning for ongoing maintenance.
  • Produce repair orders with full transparency and communicate with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle and ensure satisfaction.
  • Gain superior product knowledge to effectively help customers and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
  • Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
