We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Advisor Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to financial advisors and other employees by handling a variety of tasks to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate and follow up on new and closing account transfers to and from other financial institutions to maintain constant and clear communication.
  • Follow up on solicitations for purchase of mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and other financial assets to track the execution of different purchases.
  • Assist financial advisors in opening and transferring accounts for new and existing clients to streamline departmental processes and to create an exceptional customer experience.
  • Participate in daily workflow of account administration to ensure that schedules are met and all questions are answered.
  • Take action using integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications.
Preferred Skills
  • Active FINRA licenses in Series 7 and Series 63 and 65 or 66 or ability to obtain within 90 days.
