Job Title: Healthcare Administrative Assistant

New England Ambulatory SurgiCenter is seeking a skilled Healthcare Administrative Assistant to become a part of our team. This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year.

About the Position:

This role involves handling administrative duties, communicating with insurance companies, and performing routine clinical tasks. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients and maintain charts in EPIC
  • Prepare rooms for the providers
  • Check and enter vitals in EPIC
Qualifications:
  • Experience with EPIC or other electronic medical records preferred
  • Certification preferred, but not required
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
