Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute operational plans to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and achieve business objectives
  • Mentor and develop retail associates to enhance their skills and career growth
  • Manage daily operations, including staffing, inventory, and visual merchandising
  • Support in-store marketing and community programming events
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth
  • Minimum of two years in a managerial position, preferably at a customer-centric retailer or company
  • Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Passionate about people development and have a knack for motivation
  • Creative and innovative; love to build great new things that are fresh and unique while staying on brand
  • Agile, motivated by a fast-paced and ever changing environment
  • Passionate about transforming travel for all (but that's a given)
  • Able to pull, push, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds throughout the duration of a work shift
  • Able to stand/be on feet for extended periods of time throughout the duration of a work shift
  • Able to bend, squat, twist, and reach as needed throughout the duration of a work shift

Total Rewards: Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 annually (Non-Exempt), Bonus eligibility, Health Insurance, 401(k) with Company Match, Paid Time Off Programs, Travel Discounts, Volunteer Opportunities
