Customer Experience Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Customer Experience Director to join our team at Pacers Navy Yard. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a high-performing team, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective customer experience strategies, including customer service, loyalty programs, and community engagement initiatives.
- Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Analyze customer feedback, sales data, and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize store performance.
- Implement company-wide initiatives and goals, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Director of Retail to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee productivity, and store performance.
- Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise to ensure optimal sales and minimize waste.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and vendors.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing employee productivity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
