The Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as the Vice Chancellor, Human Resources. This key leadership position is responsible for the administration and management of a comprehensive human resources program to support the mission of the District and its colleges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement human resources strategies to support the District's goals and objectives.
- Provide expert guidance and support to senior leadership and managers on human resources-related matters.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure a diverse and talented workforce.
- Manage the District's benefits program, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement plans.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity and labor relations.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must have a master's degree from an accredited college or university in human resources, business, or a related field, or a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and additional certification or licensure equivalent to a master's degree. You must also have five years of management experience directing human resources functions in a public or private organization in employee relations and labor negotiations.
