Job Title: Field Clinical Specialist

The Field Clinical Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the medical community by providing education and clinical expertise on Inari Medical products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead training sessions and in-service education programs for physicians and hospital staff.
  • Identify opportunities for therapy adoption and collaborate with Regional and Account Managers to drive growth.
  • Communicate complex technical information effectively during procedures and provide clinical support as needed.
  • Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and Inari Medical.
  • Build and sustain credible business relationships with customers and share product expertise.
  • Provide education and clinical support in response to complex field inquiries.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback on device features and new device development.
  • Document procedural case observations for regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or Associates Degree in nursing or clinical required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in medical device clinical capacity or cath lab.
  • Proven understanding of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology, and physiology.
  • Strong clinical acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Inari Medical offers competitive health and wealth benefits for our employees. The base pay range for this position is $130,000.00. A range of factors, including location, skills, and experience, will be considered. Actual compensation may vary.
