About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Texas Oncology. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient health status and develop personalized care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Manage patient medication refill requests and coordinate services
  • Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, BSN preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
  • Current RN state license with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
