Position Details:
Location: Mobile, Alabama
Salary Range: $55,000 - $62,000
Overtime Eligibility: Yes
Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
Daily Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Environment: Primarily onsite, with on-call rotation as required
On-Call Requirement: 3-day shift per month
Qualifications:
- Preferred degree in a related field
- Relevant certifications are advantageous
- Experience in a law firm setting is preferred
- Familiarity with audio-visual systems, particularly Crestron, is highly desirable
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize technical expertise to assist users in resolving service requests and incidents through various communication channels.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting and diagnosis of complex computer and software issues.
- Ensure follow-up on reported issues to guarantee satisfactory resolutions, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare technical setups for meetings in a conference room environment.
- Document all service requests and incidents accurately in the ticket tracking system.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or supervisors as necessary.
- Maintain a professional appearance and organized workspace, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
- Adhere to industry best practices and internal processes to meet organizational needs.
- Conduct root cause analysis for incidents reported to the service desk.
- Provide support for various software applications, laptop hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices.

- In-depth knowledge of desktop operating systems, particularly Windows 11.
- Understanding of remote connectivity technologies, including Citrix and VPN.
- Expertise in desktop and laptop hardware, wireless technology, and Apple devices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (365).
- Familiarity with hardware deployment and incident management processes.
- Knowledge of networking technologies related to troubleshooting customer issues.
- Participation in various assigned projects as needed.
