Position: Senior Project Manager for Epic Resolute HB/PB Applications

Work Arrangement: Remote

Compensation: $145,000 – $175,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the senior leadership of the Epic Applications team
  • Oversee advanced workflow configurations, support during go-live phases, and provide ongoing client assistance
  • Facilitate meetings concerning Epic Builds and Implementations
  • Engage with end-users to collect and analyze user requirements for optimal solutions
  • Install, configure, and validate EPIC HB/PB applications
  • Deliver professional customer support by troubleshooting and managing reported issues
  • Participate in the design, build, testing, and maintenance of system enhancements
  • Coordinate vendor activities, including device integration testing and software installations
  • Implement system changes in line with IT Change Management protocols
  • Provide end-user support and training on EPIC applications and their functionalities
  • Document and maintain workflow processes for supported Epic HB/PB applications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Epic Hospital and Professional Billing
  • Epic Resolute Certification is mandatory
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Comprehensive understanding of hospital billing processes
  • Experience with end-to-end implementation of EPIC HB/PB
  • Application testing experience
  • Relevant clinical or business experience
