Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at The LiRo Group. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating construction efforts on multiple projects, ensuring timely completion of project work, and managing project teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate construction efforts on multiple projects in design and construction
  • Ensure timely completion of project work
  • Manage project team (minimum 8 employees)
  • Provide administrative oversight for all phases of work
  • Oversee/Inspect the work of contractors, provide progress reports, contract correspondences, manage the submittals, requisitions and change order process
  • Communicate directly with the client and the design team
  • Provide technical evaluations, advice, and guidance
  • Oversee safety and security
  • Manage multi-contractor projects as well as contractor compliance with project documents
  • Create and track Field Orders and Change Orders
  • Assess impact of change requests or delays on the project schedule and budget
  • Monitor contractor's schedule in Primavera P6 to ensure timely completion of project work
  • Ensure compliance with the project specific construction management plan
  • Process gate clearance request and criminal background checks for all contractors/vendors
  • Detailed critical path schedule development and analysis
  • Claim analysis
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must have a degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Willingness to work inside minimum and maximum security prisons
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience managing multiple projects
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects
  • A minimum of four (4) years' experience in a role of Senior Project Manager responsible for large-scale projects valued above $10 million, with an extensive knowledge of all facets of construction and construction documents
  • Provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, and quality
  • Experience coordinating with designers handling any critical issues pertinent to the project or the client/facility
  • Full knowledge of the change order and cost review process and the review/approval of contractor's payment application

Compensation:

Min: $40.00hr. - Max: $65.00/hr.

The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position.

Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidates' qualifications and location
