Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Broadview FCU. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including project status updates and issue resolution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • Professional certifications, such as PMP or PMI-ACP, are highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
