Laland Baptiste, a certified minority and woman-owned construction management and consulting firm, seeks a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our projects with expertise and dedication.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee the program management of a diverse portfolio of projects from an owner's perspective. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, tracking schedule performance, and project controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project planning, tracking schedule performance, and project controls for various building construction and renovation projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Ensure projects meet internal requirements, are within cost limitations, and are completed on schedule.
Requirements
  • Eight years of experience in managing numerous projects, including project planning, reviewing project schedules, project controls, and reporting.
  • A bachelor's degree or professional certification in a related field may be substituted for up to four years of experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • Proficiency in PC applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam.
  • Competency with AutoCAD and/or Revit is preferred.
