About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Training Specialist. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for enhancing the skills, abilities, knowledge, and experience of our customers and associates. Your expertise in training and development will enable you to assess, determine needs, and train as needed.

  • Must be able to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent product knowledge is required along with learning new products and being able to present this knowledge in the training environment.
  • Ability to communicate with all Company employees in a businesslike and professional manner.

The position involves training and performing duties as a Customer Service Representative. You will teach new CS Reps SAP and product knowledge so as to prepare them to function on their own in the normal customer service environment. Additionally, you will support the customer service team to keep the workflow moving, create and keep current all local training documentation, and assist with corporate documents and the training department.

A 10% shift premium is paid for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
