As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in assisting our strategic marketing and sales campaigns. Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing expert product knowledge and education on product inquiries.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and engage with existing customers, contributing to a robust sales pipeline.
  • Communicate product features and benefits tailored to individual needs, ensuring seamless customer satisfaction.
  • Navigate objections and answer questions effectively throughout the sales process.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all account inquiries, maintaining excellent communication skills.
  • Participate in regular product training sessions with the team and upper-level management to stay up-to-date on industry developments.

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales is highly recommended.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, tenacity, and desire for growth and knowledge.
  • A driven mindset with effective time management skills is necessary for success.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with colleagues and customers.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organization.
