Job Description

Epic Sciences, Inc. is at the forefront of innovative diagnostics aimed at personalizing and enhancing cancer treatment and management. SUMMARY:
The Project Administrator collaborates closely with members of the Translational Research, Laboratory Operations, Finance, and Quality teams to systematically organize data produced by pertinent clinical and academic study activities. The ideal candidate for this position will exhibit exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong administrative capabilities.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Compile and prepare clinical study source data for computer entry, establishing entry priorities.
  • Review clinical study source documents for deficiencies and resolve discrepancies by adhering to standard procedures or returning incomplete documents for resolution.
  • Maintain data entry requirements by following established data program techniques and procedures.
  • Verify the accuracy of customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, or reentering data, and combining information from various systems as necessary.
  • Generate routine status reports as required for clinical studies.
  • Prepare source data documentation for archiving purposes.
  • Test system modifications and upgrades by inputting new data and reviewing outputs.
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures, reporting necessary changes to relevant personnel.
  • Oversee the timely shipment of outgoing kits to clients.
  • Safeguard operations by maintaining confidentiality of information.
  • Contribute to team efforts by completing related tasks as needed.
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for internal and external project meetings.
  • Assist with the reconciliation of billable work to the Finance department as necessary.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
May perform other duties as assigned or directed by management as needed.
