Job Description

Epic Sciences, Inc. is at the forefront of developing innovative diagnostics aimed at personalizing and enhancing cancer treatment and management. Our mission is to facilitate the swift and non-invasive identification of genetic and molecular alterations in cancer throughout a patient's journey. Founded on a robust platform designed to detect and characterize rare cells, including circulating tumor cells (CTCs), our technology is pivotal in aligning patients with targeted therapies and monitoring drug resistance, ensuring optimal treatment paths are selected at every clinical decision point.

SUMMARY:
The Project Administrator collaborates closely with members from the Translational Research, Laboratory Operations, Finance, and Quality teams to systematically organize data generated from pertinent clinical and academic study activities. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong administrative capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Compile and organize clinical study source data for computer entry, establishing priorities for data entry.
  • Review clinical study source documents for deficiencies, resolving discrepancies using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents for further action.
  • Maintain data entry standards by adhering to established data program techniques and procedures.
  • Verify the accuracy of customer and account data through careful review, correction, or re-entry as necessary.
  • Prepare routine status reports as required for clinical studies.
  • Organize source data documentation for archiving purposes.
  • Test system changes and upgrades by inputting new data and reviewing the resulting output.
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures, reporting necessary changes to relevant personnel.
  • Facilitate timely shipment of outgoing kits to clients.
  • Safeguard operations by maintaining confidentiality of information.
  • Contribute to team objectives by completing related tasks as required.
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for internal and external project meetings as necessary.
  • Assist with the reconciliation of billable work to Finance as needed.
