Coordinate with External Partners

Collaborate with external partners to provide warriors and their families with access to financial education, debt management, and credit counseling services.

Provide Ongoing Support and Guidance

Offer ongoing support and guidance to warriors and their families, helping them to develop personalized plans to achieve financial resiliency.

Conduct Non-Clinical Assessments

Conduct non-clinical assessments of warriors and their families' financial situations, identifying areas of need and providing recommendations for support.

Record Data and Track Progress

Record data systematically in our system of record, Salesforce, to ensure accurate tracking and organization of information.

Requirements
  • Four Years of Experience in Financial Counseling or Education

Minimum four years of experience in financial counseling, financial education, or personal financial management services.

Two Years of Experience Working with Military or Veteran Population

Minimum two years of experience working with military or veteran populations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Two Years of Experience with Salesforce

Two years of experience working with Salesforce.

Two Years of Experience with Event/Planning Scheduling System

Two years of experience working with an event/planning scheduling system.

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Related Field

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, financial management, or related field. Equivalent combination of applicable education, training, certification, and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Certifications and Licenses
  • Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC) or Pursuing Accreditation
