School Coordinated Supports BCBA
Achieving True Self (ATS) is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated School Coordinated Supports BCBA to join our team.
About the Role:
We are looking for a BCBA to provide intensive behavioral support in a school setting, working with students who have complex behavioral needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with intense behavioral support plans and a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral support in a school setting, working with students who have complex behavioral needs.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans, in collaboration with school staff and families.
- Train and supervise RBTs and other support staff to ensure consistent implementation of interventions.
- Collaborate with school teams to build rapport, obtain buy-in, and limit jargon.
- Lead parent training and provide follow-up support to ensure successful implementation of interventions.

Requirements:
- A Maryland Behavior Analyst License (LBA).
- BCBA License.
- Experience working within a school setting with individuals with intense behavioral support plans.
- An inherent desire to train, supervise, and develop new BHTs and RBTs.
- A valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record.
