Corporate Workplace Threat Investigator

AT-RISK International is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Workplace Incident Threat Investigator to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Workplace Incident Management (WIM) team, you will be responsible for investigating reports of workplace violence and building and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough investigations into workplace-related incidents, including threats from external sources and internal incidents.
- Build collaborative cross-functional partnerships with Security, Human Resources, Employee Relations, and Legal teams to prevent and respond to workplace violence.
- Conduct interviews with victims, witnesses, and persons of interest using established interviewing techniques and skills.
- Provide victim support and access to resources.
- Conduct threat assessments with a focus on risk mitigation and collaboration with relevant business partners.
- Develop and maintain a structured investigative workflow and case management system to track and close investigations.
- Analyze CCTV video, access control systems, and other data collection capabilities to identify behaviors, root causes, and potential evidence.
- Collaborate with other security teams to assess threats and risk mitigation.
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in Corporate Investigations, Law Enforcement, Security Operations, Incident Management, Social Services, Human Resources, or related field.
- Familiarity with professional threat assessment organizations, such as the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP) (Preferred).
- Prior experience in conducting in-depth and complex corporate, product, and/or vendor investigations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
