Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales to pinpoint technical challenges affecting clients' AI/ML projects, aligning these challenges with the features and functionalities of the Arthur platform.
  • Engage with data scientists, model custodians, business leaders, and other relevant stakeholders to dissect AI-related challenges and deliver impactful business results.
  • Establish robust relationships with technical users to ensure their success in advancing their AI initiatives.
  • Assist clients in planning and executing successful proof-of-concept activities by testing Arthur's solutions in their environments.
  • Work closely with our Product team to relay customer insights and help shape product development priorities.

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 4-5+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or a related field involving enterprise software.
  • Proven experience in delivering software product demonstrations, conducting in-depth technical presentations, and addressing technical objections.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and executive audiences to illustrate business value.
  • A strong grasp of machine learning principles, applications, and advantages, including hands-on experience with model development using Python, Jupyter Notebook, etc.
  • General familiarity with big data, infrastructure, and cloud technologies, and their integration for effective AI delivery.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams.
  • Capacity to thrive in uncertain environments and adapt to changing requirements typical of a startup; a willingness to contribute to all aspects of the role with a proactive mindset.
