Role Summary: As part of the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) focused on Auto & Manufacturing Data/AIML, you will serve as a key technical resource. Your expertise will guide the development and execution of go-to-market strategies aimed at transforming AWS concepts into substantial business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement targeted strategies to enhance customer adoption of our Generative AI services across various industry sectors.
- Collaborate with product teams to influence product development and assist clients in exploring new market opportunities through the integration of Generative AI and AWS services.
- Engage with Generative AI model providers to formulate joint go-to-market strategies, customer engagements, and develop demonstrations and proof-of-concept applications utilizing large models.
- Leverage your business and technical expertise to lead discussions with both startups and large enterprises.
- Articulate the advantages of our Generative AI services to diverse audiences, including data scientists and executive leadership.
- Stay informed about market trends, opportunities, and ecosystem developments in the Generative AI landscape, while actively promoting market growth.
- Facilitate collaboration across AWS teams, including product, solutions architecture, sales, marketing, and professional services, as well as with external customers and third-party model providers.
- Drive the creation of go-to-market plans for scaling Generative AI on AWS, directly engaging with customers to identify their business challenges and working with model providers and solutions architects to implement scalable solutions.
About the Team: The WWSO Auto & Manufacturing team is dedicated to establishing AWS as the leading platform for industry-specific workloads. We assist clients in migrating their operations and data to the AWS cloud, ensuring a secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure that fosters innovation and unlocks new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in designing, implementing, or consulting on distributed applications.
- 5+ years of experience managing technical, customer-facing teams.
- 5+ years of industry experience with Generative AI, LLM, or AIML in a business development or partnership role.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate with clients at the executive level.
- Experience in articulating and selling technical cloud services or software products.
- Demonstrated success in technical consulting or architecture engagements with large-scale enterprises.
- Experience in migrating or transforming legacy solutions to cloud environments.
- Strong presentation skills and comfort engaging with executives, IT management, and developers.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies.
- AWS Solution Architecture certification or relevant cloud expertise is a plus.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field is highly desirable.
