The estimated annual salary for this position starts at $38,874, with opportunities to earn incentives through our variable compensation plan. As a Call Center Representative, you will work an average of 40 hours per week during our call center hours: Monday-Wednesday 8am-5pm, Thursday 8am-6pm, Friday 8am-7pm, and Saturday 8am-1pm. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality service by telephone, email, and fax, using active listening to identify and address member needs, and cross-selling products and services to deepen member relationships.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple distractions. You must also be proficient with technology and software, including Microsoft Office and other standard office equipment.
