We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can work independently in a virtual environment, establishing and managing priorities effectively, analyzing complex information, and developing strategic solutions to address challenges.

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, please apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars and scheduling efficiently
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations and itineraries
  • Oversee social media management and engagement
  • Create professional PowerPoint presentations
  • Handle invoicing and manage payment processing
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Provide excellent client care and support
  • Assist with light event planning and coordination
  • Manage and organize email correspondence
  • Help create and maintain procedural documents
  • Manage newsletters for distribution

Requirements
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant
  • Fully equipped home office, including:
  • A computer with the full version of MS Office 365:
  • High-speed internet access
  • A smartphone with email capability
  • A computer with a functioning webcam for virtual meetings
  • Strong proficiency with cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management software)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Note
  • This is a 1099 contractor position.
  • The role is fully remote.
  • A background check is required prior to contracting with us.
  • We are seeking candidates with availability during regular business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.). Please note, this is not a project-based position and cannot be done alongside a full-time job.
