  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of IT support staff, providing guidance and direction on technical issues and projects.
  • Project Management: Manage and coordinate IT projects, including the implementation of new technologies and the resolution of technical issues.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including faculty, students, staff, and vendors.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, often with limited information and under tight deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on technical leadership and project management.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of Windows and Macintosh computers, OS, and smartphones, as well as strong understanding of network connectivity, security, and troubleshooting.
  • Certifications: A+, MCP, MCSE, Security+, CISSP, Apple, and/or MCSA certifications are highly desirable.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 36.25 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work on campus, with occasional travel to off-campus locations.
