  • Maintain an adequate inventory of preparation items as outlined in the Prep Production Guide, ensuring updates are made as directed by management.
  • Optimize product yield throughout the preparation cycle.
  • Label, date, and rotate all bulk produce and prepped items to ensure freshness.
  • Store all food items in approved, covered containers to maintain quality.
  • Utilize the buffet production system effectively to ensure compliance with quality and shelf-life standards.
  • Report any discrepancies, such as food spoilage or excessive waste, to management.
  • Assist in keeping the buffet area full and clean.
Sanitation Standards:
