Culinary Specialist

Ashland Hills F&B is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary, and consistent manner.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare various meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using diverse cooking methods.
- Station Setup: Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Quality Control: Ensure freshness and quality of all station items.
- Service Delivery: Maintain sufficient stock levels for smooth service and ensure timely and high-quality food output.
- Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and properly handle, store, and rotate products, adhering to safety protocols and reporting unsafe conditions.
- Culinary Experience: One year of culinary experience preferred.
- Licenses and Certificates: Relevant government licenses or certificates.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of food preparation, materials, and equipment, as well as excellent communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
