This position provides full-time support to our clients at Workoo Technologies.

The successful candidate will perform data entry and clerical tasks requiring the use of various job skills and techniques, as well as familiarity with course functionalities, services, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate outbound customer calls, follow up with emails, and respond to general inquiries
  • Update and maintain customer contact databases, including improving and acting on customer service logs and all customer accounts
  • Provide administrative support; create and update profiles
  • Submit, access, and create records
  • Generate and update customer service issue tickets
  • Assist in preparing correspondence related to the customer support process and manage special projects, including word-processing, data entry, and internet research tasks
  • Manage the company lobby area: welcome and direct visitors, suppliers, customers, job applicants, and clients; escort visitors to their selected offices and meeting rooms, and notify staff of their arrival/appointment
  • Perform general office duties, including but not limited to submission, data entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and project work
  • Responsible for inspecting inventory materials
Requirements
