Job Summary:

Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing is seeking a skilled Associate Scheduling Specialist to join their team in Columbia, MO. This individual will be responsible for assisting the Planning department by accurately performing production planning and scheduling activities to efficiently serve the company's clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute efficient schedules on a regular basis to maximize efficiency of resources and equipment.
  • Proactively monitor production process, workflow, and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Provide various scheduling analyses to ensure optimal schedule and provide staff recommendations.
  • Generate daily or weekly production reports to leaders for critical decision-making purposes.
  • Assist with integration initiative of report scheduling system.
  • Maintain communication of information between the users and management concerning system development and maintenance needs, objectives, and strategies.
  • Champion and implement process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with new processes across service lines.
  • Collaborate and assist with inventory transaction analysis and correction as needed.
  • Capture, store, and report on historical statistics.
  • Evaluate and recommend staffing requirements.
  • Collaborate with staff to identify scheduling requirements.
  • Establish and maintain communication channels to all stakeholders.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
  • 1-2 years of scheduling experience.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship.
  • Experience utilizing Excel and Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to work in the Central Time Zone.
