Incredible Health is actively hiring Registered Nurses for our Pediatric Behavioral Health unit in Richmond, VA. We are seeking experienced nurses with a passion for providing high-quality care to children and adolescents with complex behavioral health needs.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care to our pediatric patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health, counseling, and medication management. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide compassionate care to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to children and adolescents with complex behavioral health needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements:
  • RN Diploma degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Virginia
  • Experience in behavioral health, counseling, and medication management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
