Compensation

Annual Salary: $42,000 - $65,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond swiftly to incoming sales inquiries to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Regularly update and maintain the CRM database of prospects and leads to ensure organization and efficiency.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to effectively address objections and enhance sales growth.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all sellers, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
  • Efficiently schedule appointments and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Quickly gain knowledge of the real estate sector and relevant technologies to improve sales outcomes.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the local market to provide competitive responses to inquiries.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Demonstrate eagerness to understand the business and contribute to enhancing the company's market presence.
  • Participate in essential meetings and training sessions to stay informed about industry trends and company policies.
  • Complete assigned administrative tasks and special projects to support team objectives.
