Position Overview:
This role is for a Senior Right of Way (ROW) Specialist within a reputable environmental firm.

Role Summary:
The Senior ROW Specialist, operating under the guidance of the Lead Agent or ROW Supervisor, possesses extensive expertise in various right of way disciplines, including title management, permitting processes, acquisition strategies, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the ROW Supervisor to provide mentorship to ROW Agents.
2. Obtain access permissions from property owners and tenants.
3. While adhering to the ROW pricing policy, negotiate for ROW options, easements, fee interests, and necessary curative documents as directed by the ROW Supervisor or as stipulated by project requirements.
4. Assist in establishing a construction line based on conditions or restrictions imposed by landowners or tenants.
5. Maintain a comprehensive diary detailing interactions with property owners and tenants for each project, and compile a thorough weekly activity report.
6. Keep an accurate log of all financial transactions.
7. Negotiate damage settlements as necessary.
8. Support construction activities as required.
9. Document all ROW-related activities as needed.
10. Comply with the project Safety Plan.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in roles related to right of way or real estate services for public entities is essential. A broad understanding of the processes involved in acquiring real property interests for public utility or infrastructure projects, including the condemnation process, is required. Familiarity with laws and regulations governing real estate transactions and Eminent Domain is crucial.
