Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the acquisition and dissemination of relevant economic, real estate, and capital market information and trends.

  • Interface with SitusAMC's senior management to align objectives, communicate effectively, and share resources.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as law, accounting, finance, real estate, or management.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in CRE loan servicing and asset management.
  • Minimum 15+ years of management experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the due diligence process and project management approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple transactions and projects simultaneously.
  • Superior business writing skills and ability to provide clear and concise reports.
  • Proactive in the community and able to advance SitusAMC's name recognition in the industry.
