Your daily responsibilities will involve handling inbound inquiries from participants of employer-sponsored retirement plans, offering expert guidance and tailored solutions, as well as advising on long-term investment strategies. Through continuous classroom and practical training, you will evolve into a knowledgeable resource on retirement products and services, assisting participants in identifying their needs and proposing impactful solutions for their financial futures. What You Have

No prior finance experience? No problem Individuals from diverse backgrounds have achieved remarkable success at Charles Schwab. This role offers a comprehensive blend of instructor-led training, mentorship, and hands-on experience during your initial year.

Required Qualifications

  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, during flexible hours based on contact center requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for the consultative process of recommending suitable solutions while educating our participants.
  • At least one year of experience utilizing computer applications in a professional or academic setting.
  • Strong listening abilities to analyze account details and better understand client needs.
  • Detail-oriented analytical skills to comply with policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Adaptability to implement changes as market and business conditions evolve.
  • Openness to mentorship and constructive feedback for ongoing improvement.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Possession of an active and valid Series 7 & 63 license is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • If you are not licensed and wish to obtain FINRA licenses, we provide a clear pathway to support your career ambitions.
