What You Have
No prior finance experience? No problem Individuals from diverse backgrounds have achieved remarkable success at Charles Schwab. This role offers a comprehensive blend of instructor-led training, mentorship, and hands-on experience during your initial year.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, during flexible hours based on contact center requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for the consultative process of recommending suitable solutions while educating our participants.
- At least one year of experience utilizing computer applications in a professional or academic setting.
- Strong listening abilities to analyze account details and better understand client needs.
- Detail-oriented analytical skills to comply with policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Adaptability to implement changes as market and business conditions evolve.
- Openness to mentorship and constructive feedback for ongoing improvement.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
- Possession of an active and valid Series 7 & 63 license is beneficial but not mandatory.
- If you are not licensed and wish to obtain FINRA licenses, we provide a clear pathway to support your career ambitions.
