Digital Marketing Director for High-End Residential and Hospitality Projects

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist to enhance our marketing efforts at Sleeping Dog Properties, a renowned Design-Build company in Boston.

The ideal candidate will join our sales and marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth. This role requires a self-motivated professional with expertise in digital marketing, design, and photography.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for our website and social media platforms, including photo and video production, editing, and publishing.
  • Audience Development: Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns to grow our online presence.
  • Campaign Optimization: Produce high-quality marketing materials, analyze data to inform marketing decisions, and maintain brand standards.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor analysis.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track key performance indicators and provide regular reporting to measure campaign success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in digital marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with knowledge of construction and architecture a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom.
  • Familiarity with social media and community engagement platforms.
