Elms Interior Design is a respected firm specializing in high-end residential interior design. As an Interior Design Project Manager, you will lead the way in delivering exceptional design solutions for our discerning clients.

This role demands a seasoned professional with outstanding project management skills, impeccable taste, and exceptional communication abilities. You will collaborate with designers, contractors, and vendors to bring projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential projects from concept to completion
  • Produce high-quality construction and design drawing sets
  • Contribute to the development of innovative design concepts, color schemes, and furniture selections
  • Oversee FF&E, specifications, finishes, and material selections
  • Administer schedules, budget spreadsheets, proposals, and purchase orders
  • Coordinate multiple installations of furnishings for complex projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in high-end residential interior design
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Interior Design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Design Manager, and Microsoft Office

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
