Position Summary:
Norco is seeking a dedicated individual to take on the role of Medical Store Customer Service Representative. This position is essential for assisting both walk-in and phone-in clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Promptly answering incoming calls
  • Directing patient information to the relevant departments for the ordering, delivery, and billing of medical products and services
  • Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently
  • Utilizing call scripts to address various topics
  • Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, and providing effective solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in Norco's electronic system
  • Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of products, including availability, pricing, and usage
  • Assessing customer requirements for products or services
  • Educating clients on medical products and services
  • Processing customer orders and entering them accurately into the system
  • Performing additional tasks as required
  • Compensation ranges from $21 to $24 per hour, depending on experience

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • The capacity to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficient typing and 10-key skills
  • The ability to sit for extended periods
  • Accurate data entry skills and a willingness to learn necessary software applications
  • The capability to occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 100 lbs.
