As a Claims Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include gathering information about incidents, examining claim specifics, and obtaining statements from all parties involved. Our clients will rely on your patience, support, and meticulous attention to detail to help them return to the road swiftly.
Many team members experience a base salary increase of 10% within their first year in this role, with top performers seeing increases of up to 15%.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service by demonstrating expertise, building trust, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Strong multitasking abilities with computer systems.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a willingness to develop these further.
- Comfortable working and advancing in a dynamic, high-volume call center environment.
- Minimum educational requirement: high school diploma or equivalent.

Annual Salary
$ $36.72The above salary range serves as a general guideline. Various factors influence the final hourly rate or annual salary offered to the selected candidate, including the role's scope and responsibilities, the candidate's experience, education, training, work location, and market conditions.
