We are currently looking for a committed Program Manager to enhance our team.
The Program Manager position entails overseeing a significant contract to guarantee the successful achievement of project objectives for our Government clientele. You will be tasked with strategic planning, coordinating team efforts, and collaborating with partners to fulfill customer needs. Furthermore, you will manage program execution, establish long-term goals, and ensure that technical solutions are implemented effectively. Providing mentorship, training, and oversight to team members is also a critical component of this role.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead a major security support initiative.
- Oversee staffing, technical performance, and financial management of the contract.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to tackle challenges and ensure contract success.
- Travel as necessary to various program locations for effective management.
- Identify and apply productivity improvements to enhance contract performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a Technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of program/project management experience, ideally within the defense sector.
- At least 10 years of experience in relevant communities.
- Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information.
- Willingness to undergo a Counterintelligence polygraph examination.

- Familiarity with security protocols and related guidelines.
- Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills and adaptability in diverse environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended durations.
- Occasional mobility within the office setting.
- Regular use of office equipment and interaction with colleagues and clients.
