Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Program Integrator to provide comprehensive support for pre- and post-award Department of Defense (DoD) contracts. This role requires a deep understanding of both the acquisition and contract lifecycle, ensuring alignment with our clients' mission objectives.
Your Role:
As a DoD Acquisition Management Professional, you will collaborate closely with our DoD clients, facilitating the acquisition of capabilities essential for mission success. Your leadership will guide a team of experts while serving as a key liaison to government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and developing request for proposal (RFP) packages, focusing on middle-tier acquisitions and Other Transaction Authority contracts.
- Conducting source selections and technical evaluations to ensure project success.
- Creating procurement request packages and managing sensitive document storage and handling.
- Providing expert guidance on statutory, regulatory, and policy updates that impact project execution.
- Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to facilitate acquisition processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the DoD acquisition system, lifecycle planning, and program management.
- Proficient in developing RFPs, including both competitive and non-competitive processes.
- Experience in source selections and technical evaluations.
- Demonstrated expertise in supporting key program milestones and decision events.
- Strong skills in project and program execution, including lifecycle sustainment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
- In-depth knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and processes.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing and executing DoD acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with GPS mission areas and User Equipment.
- Knowledge of Space Force systems and organizations.
- Experience with the Adaptive Acquisition Framework, including Middle Tier and Software Acquisition Pathways.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Certification in Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) Program Management Level I or higher, or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
