Senior Program Integrator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Integrator to provide essential support for both pre-award and post-award Department of Defense (DoD) contracts. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the acquisition and contract lifecycle, ensuring alignment with our mission to support the warfighter.
Your Role:
As a pivotal member of our team, you will:
- Collaborate closely with DoD clients to facilitate the acquisition of capabilities that meet mission objectives.
- Lead a team of experts, acting as a liaison to the Government client.
- Draft and develop Request for Proposal (RFP) packages, focusing on middle-tier acquisitions and Other Transaction Authority contracts.
- Oversee the creation of procurement request packages and ensure the secure handling of sensitive documents.
- Provide expert guidance on statutory, regulatory, and policy updates that impact project success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to secure necessary approvals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the DoD acquisition system, program management, and business operations.
- Proven experience in developing RFPs, including both competitive and non-competitive processes.
- Experience with Source Selections and Technical Evaluations.
- Demonstrated ability to support key program milestones and decision events.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
- In-depth knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and processes.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing and executing DoD acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with GPS mission areas and Space Force systems.
- Knowledge of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Master's degree and relevant certifications (APDP Program Management Level I or PMP) are advantageous.
