We are in search of a committed Program Manager to enhance our team.
The Program Manager position entails overseeing a significant contract with a workforce of 200, ensuring the effective delivery of project outcomes for our Government clientele. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, coordinating team efforts, and collaborating with partners to fulfill client needs. Furthermore, you will manage program execution, establish long-term goals, and guarantee that technical solutions are implemented effectively. A critical component of this role is providing direction, training, and oversight to team members.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead a major security support initiative for the US Space Force.
- Oversee staffing, technical performance, and financial management of the contract.
- Engage in effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure contract success.
- Travel as necessary to various program locations for optimal program oversight.
- Identify and implement enhancements to productivity to improve contract performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a Technical field (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of 5 years of program/project management experience, ideally within the US Space Force or Air Force.
- At least 10 years of experience in the SAP and/or SCI sectors.
- Possession of an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Willingness to undergo a Counterintelligence polygraph examination.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with security regulations and relevant documentation.
- Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills and adaptability in diverse environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and program management tools.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to maintain a stationary position for extended durations.
- Occasional mobility within the office setting.
- Regular use of office equipment and interaction with colleagues and clients.
